From your drawings being signed off and subsequent receipt of order each project commences with a prestart meeting with all parties concerned. Comprehensive risk assessments are undertaken, potential hazards identified, access to the site planned along with temporary parking, working times agreed, especially if work is to take place at schools or colleges in term time.
We will provide a full schedule of works showing exactly how we intend to proceed with the contract, ensure method statements are created before anybody sets foot on site and Toolbox Talks take place before work commences. All certification and insurances are arranged before crane or construction plant is used and operatives are fully trained in accordance with current regulations. The schedule of works includes a full time scale from initial start date to practical completion to ensure we meet with critical dates in the timeline.
As our business has increased in size our processes have been updated and changed in line with current regulations, customer requirements, and advances in both technology and health and safety. We’ve recently installed a state of the art telephone system along with on and off site IT system support ensuring prompt answering of incoming calls and service support. Our administration and accounts are dealt with in house enabling correspondence, queries or invoicing to be sorted in a timely manner. New administration and estimating staff employed to deal with general enquiries and ensure a fast turnaround of estimates, tenders and quotations. We have on/off site IT system support ensuring first class service at all times with email support being monitored daily.
